MOONG DAL KE PAKODE


       
Ingredients:

Yellow Moong Dal - 1 cup
Green Moong Dal - 1 cup
Green chilli  - 3 to 4
Ginger - 1 inch
Salt To Taste
Oil - To Deep Fry
Green Chilly, Fried - 2 to 3

Method :
1.Soak both dal together for 4 to 5 hours .
2.Blend coarsely both dals , green chilli , ginger together .
3.Take one bowl , add dal mixture , salt and mix well , add 2 tablespoon hot oil and mix well .
4.Heat oil in kadai . Deep fry small size pakoras till golden fry . Drain  on absorbent paper.

Serve with Ketchup and fried green chilly .
